- ✓ Once lessons are underway: we don't offer refunds for the month in progress, but any lesson you genuinely miss is rescheduled, not lost.
- ✓ If a lesson is disrupted by a technical issue on our side — a connection problem, a teacher unavailable without notice — that lesson is either made up properly or refunded, depending on what suits you.
We're not in the business of making this complicated. If something genuinely goes wrong on our end, we'll put it right, one way or another.
