Tuition Fee Policy
Our trial classes are completely free of charge. If you decide to continue learning with us after completing the trial classes, your tuition fee must be paid in advance.
Students are responsible for paying all tuition fees on time. If payment is delayed without a valid reason, classes may continue for a maximum of ten (10) days. After that period, My Quran Tutor reserves the right to suspend classes until payment has been received.
An annual tuition fee increase of 5% to 7%, depending on circumstances, may apply.
If you plan to take a break from classes but wish to continue with the same teacher afterwards, you must pay your fees in advance so that your teacher’s schedule can be reserved.
Makeup Class Policy
Students are not eligible for a makeup class if they are absent without informing us through the proper communication channels.
If a makeup class has been arranged at your request and you fail to attend without prior notice, that class cannot be rescheduled again.
A maximum of five (5) makeup classes may be scheduled within one calendar month.
Requests for makeup classes must be submitted at least 2 hours before your regular class so that the necessary arrangements can be made.
Fee Refund Policy
If a student remains absent for more than 15 days without informing My Quran Tutor, any deposited tuition fee will not be refunded.
If tuition fees have been paid several months in advance and the student decides to discontinue classes, a refund may be issued after a valid refund request has been submitted.
Official Holidays
MY QURAN TUTOR officially observes paid holidays only on Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha.
Disclaimer of Warranties
This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. MY QURAN TUTOR makes no express or implied warranties regarding the website, its availability, accuracy, reliability, or the information and materials provided on it.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MY QURAN TUTOR, including its owners, directors, employees, teachers, and representatives, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from or related to the use of this website or its services.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
Any disputes relating to these Terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
